The condo offers three separate bedrooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full bathrooms make getting ready easy and convenient for everyone. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite full bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, with a full bed and a twin bed, and the third bedroom, with a queen bed, are just steps away from the other full bathroom with tub and shower.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, with a large table in the dining area for enjoying meals together. A full size washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi add the conveniences of home throughout your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- contactless check-in process with no waiting in line
- non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival (fee in effect May 1 - Oct 31): $75 cash or credit card paid at guard station, includes 1 parking space in covered garage (7' clearance) and an additional spot may be available for an additional fee
- non-smoking/non-vaping condominium complex: prohibited in the condo, on the balcony, as well as all public areas
- sorry no pets allowed
- this unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors, all individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25 years old
- this condo is on the 9th floor and there are six elevators in the building
- the indoor pool is open March - October (days and hours vary by month) and the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (we cannot control when amenities close due to an emergency or for standard maintenance)
- The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 115th street.
- this unit includes bed linens, towel sets, bathmats, and kitchen hand towels
- we provide a welcome packet that includes toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher pods
