The home is well suited for families and groups who want room to spread out while still enjoying time together. The kitchen is fully equipped for normal guest use, and the property offers generous parking, including space for approved boat trailers. Bridal preparation, getting-ready use, or photography is available for a separate property-use fee. Small approved gatherings and larger hosted events, including receptions, rehearsal dinners, or catered functions, may also be considered. Event-use fees are separate from overnight lodging. The home remains limited to 12 registered overnight guests, and all additional attendees, vendors, catering, rentals, decorations, music, deliveries, tents, photography, and parking arrangements must be disclosed and approved in advance.
